God is all about relationships, but if we aren’t careful in how we navigate these relationships, we run the risk of being shallow and unfruitful.
By what do you measure true greatness? Fame? Power? Position or possessions? These worldly parameters are far from the mark according to the Word of God.
How should we love others? Jesus answers this question by teaching on the first and second greatest commandments.
Do you see yourself as God sees you? How does seeing yourself this way affect your satisfaction and contentment in Christ?
Who are you in Christ? Have you forgotten? It is easy to forget what Scripture says about us. Memorizing specific identity affirmations from Scripture can be a great help in your walk with Christ.
Who are you? What defines you? People look to many sources for their identity: money, position, political party, career, social media, sexuality, family… the list goes on. However, what really defines you as you? Who or what has the final say?
Why does God love you? The answer has much less to do with who you are than it does with who God is.
Revelation reveals to us that the Logos, the second person of the Trinity, became one of us and shed His blood on our behalf. Reflection on the truth of God’s Word gives us a greater appreciation for beauty of God’s works, which enjoins us to the delight of God’s praise.
What does it mean to have life in Christ? How do you cultivate intimacy with the Lord? There are three aspects to having a relational spiritual life: (1) loving God completely, (2) loving yourself correctly, and (3) loving others compassionately. One cannot begin this process without first knowing who God is.
