Cove Retreat Policies & Guidelines

Following are guidelines and policies for the May 2019 retreat with Ken Boa at The Cove. These policies are set by The Cove and are not negotiable.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted at The Cove. Please do not violate this rule, as Reflections Ministries will be subject to a cleaning charge of $250.00 per room.

Rooming: Individual lodging unit assignments for double occupancy are only for those of the same sex, one married couple, or immediate family members. You may not change your roommate once you register.

Age: Participants will be ages 18 or older or youth 15–17 who are lodging with parents or legal guardian.

Arrival: Participants are not permitted to arrive or check in prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the event.

Departure: Participants must check out of their rooms no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure (Sunday, May 5). Participants also must vacate the premises no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) that day.

Not Allowed: Participants are not allowed to bring the following onto The Cove property: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, animals other than service dogs, firearms, weapons, candles, drones and any illegal items.

Your Contact Information: The Cove requires us to provide them the names, mailing addresses, and rooming assignments for all participants prior to the event. By registering, you are giving us permission to provide this info to the Cove per their requirement.

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable.
