Daily Prayer Day 124

I DRAW NEAR TO YOU, GOD

Lord, You have invited me to pray for the needs of others, and since You desire what is best for them, I take this opportunity to bring these requests to You.

If two of you agree on earth about anything they may ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.  Where two or three come together in My name, I am there in their midst.  (Matthew 18:19-20)

May we be devoted to one another in brotherly love, honoring one another above ourselves.  (Romans 12:10)

Take a moment to lift up the needs of your family and friends, and to offer up any other burdens for others that the Lord brings to mind.

THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

Let me fall into the hands of the Lord, for His mercies are very great; but do not let me fall into the hands of men.  (1 Chronicles 21:13)

I will sing to the Lord and give praise to the Lord, for He has rescued the life of the needy from the hands of evildoers.  (Jeremiah 20:13)

I LISTEN TO YOUR WORDS OF TRUTH

My struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.  Therefore, I will put on the full armor of God, so that I may be able to resist in the day of evil, and having done all, to stand.  (Ephesians 6:12-13)

MY RESPONSE TO YOU, LORD

I want to speak words of encouragement to other believers.  (Acts 20:2)

We should encourage one another and build each other up in Christ Jesus.  (1 Thessalonians 5:11)

Lord, I thank You for the greatness of Your mercies and for rescuing the lives of the needy.  I ask that I would put on the full armor of God and that I would be a source of encouragement to others.
