I love You, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy of praise, And I am saved from my enemies. (Psalm 18:1-3)

The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul. The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart. The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever. The judgments of the Lord are true and altogether righteous. (Psalm 19:7-11)
