When pride comes, then comes dishonor,
But with humility comes wisdom.  (Proverbs 11:2)

Riches do not profit in the day of wrath,
But righteousness delivers from death.  (Proverbs 11:4)

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life,
And he who wins souls is wise.  (Proverbs 11:30)

Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge,
But he who hates correction is stupid.  (Proverbs 12:1)

Lying lips are hateful to the Lord,
But He delights in those who deal faithfully.  (Proverbs 12:22)

In the way of righteousness there is life,
And in that pathway there is no death.  (Proverbs 12:28)

Pride breeds nothing but strife,
But wisdom is found in those who take advice.  (Proverbs 13:10)

He who walks in uprightness fears the Lord,
But he who is devious in his ways despises Him.  (Proverbs 14:2)

There is a way that seems right to a man,
But its end is the way of death.  (Proverbs 14:12)

The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life,
To turn one away from the snares of death.  (Proverbs 14:27)
