Who does not look to the proud or those who turn aside to lies. (Psalm 40:4)

Pause to reflect upon these biblical affirmations.

Thanksgiving

If I have been united with Christ in the likeness of His death, I will certainly also be united with Him in the likeness of His resurrection. (Romans 6:5)

I thank God because of His grace in Christ Jesus. In Him we have been enriched in every way, in all speech and in all knowledge. We do not lack any spiritual gift, as we eagerly wait for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 1:4–5, 7)

Pause to offer your own expressions of thanksgiving.

Closing Prayer

Lord Jesus, You are the stone which was rejected by the builders, but which has become the chief cornerstone. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:11–12)

I believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and by believing, I have life in His name. (John 20:31)
