Nurturing Spirituality, Part 19: Overcoming the Barriers to Evangelism IV

Until God saves us, we are sinful human beings whose wills are at enmity with Him. This can lead an unbeliever to reject God despite your different approaches to evangelism. Maybe you’ve tried appealing to the emotions in convincing someone of the true heart of Christianity. Perhaps you’ve gone on to provide apologetic arguments for the existence of God. But what if they still don’t believe? What do you do? The Scriptures teach us to be persistent in prayer and to pray for more opportunities to clearly present the Gospel. Do not lose heart.
