Daily Prayer Day 312

I DRAW NEAR TO YOU, GOD

As I approach Your throne of grace today, I am grateful that You care about the things that concern me and that You want me to offer them up to You.

May I not throw away my confidence; it will be richly rewarded.  Let me persevere so that when I have done the will of God, I will receive what He has promised.  (Hebrews 10:35-36)

Above all, give me a fervent love for others, because love covers a multitude of sins.  (1 Peter 4:8)

Take a moment to share your personal needs with God, including your physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns.

THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

You know me, O Lord; You see me and test my thoughts about You.  (Jeremiah 12:3)

If anyone is ashamed of You and Your words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.  (Mark 8:38)

I LISTEN TO YOUR WORDS OF TRUTH

To me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.  (Philippians 1:21)

MY RESPONSE TO YOU, LORD

I do not want to love praise from men more than praise from God.  (John 12:43)

Whatever I do, I should do all to the glory of God.  (1 Corinthians 10:31)

Lord, I thank You that You know me and that I am not ashamed of Jesus Christ or of His words.  I thank You that to for me, to live is Christ and to die is gain, and I ask that I would do all things for Your honor and glory.
