I DRAW NEAR TO YOU, GOD

God, I want Your Word to be deeply implanted in me so that I not only know the truth, but also express it in the way I live.

God will keep me strong to the end, so that I will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is faithful, through whom I was called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. (1 Corinthians 1:8–9)

Take a moment to affirm the truth of these words from Scripture and ask God to make them a growing reality in your life.

THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

You are the Lord, and there is no savior besides You. From ancient days You are He, and no one can deliver out of Your hand; You act, and who can reverse it? (Isaiah 43:11, 13)

Christ died and returned to life, that He might be the Lord of both the dead and the living. (Romans 14:9)

I LISTEN TO YOUR WORDS OF TRUTH

I am not in the flesh but in the Spirit, since the Spirit of God lives in me. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. (Romans 8:9)

MY RESPONSE TO YOU, LORD

I will put away perversity from my mouth and keep corrupt talk far from my lips. (Proverbs 4:24)

Each of us must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are members of one another. (Ephesians 4:25)

Lord, I thank You that You are the only savior and that Christ is the Lord of both the dead and the living. I thank You that the Spirit of Christ lives in me, and I ask that I would put away falsehood and speak in truth.
