I DRAW NEAR TO YOU, GOD

O Lord, I am deeply grateful for Your wonderful acts, for Your abundant promises, and for the gift of my relationship with You through the merits of Christ. 

I love the Lord, because He has heard
My voice and my supplications.
Because He turned His ear to me,
I will call on Him as long as I live. (Psalm 116:1–2)

I will give thanks to the God of heaven,
For His merciful love endures forever. (Psalm 136:26)

Take a moment to express your gratitude for the many blessings that you have received from the Lord.

THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

I acknowledge this day and take it to my heart that the Lord is God in heaven above and on the earth below; there is no other. (Deuteronomy 4:39)

The Lord has bared His holy arm in the sight of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth will see the salvation of our God. (Isaiah 52:10)

I LISTEN TO YOUR WORDS OF TRUTH

I trusted in Christ when I heard the word of truth, the gospel of my salvation. Having believed, I was sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is a deposit guaranteeing my inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession, to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13–14)

MY RESPONSE TO YOU, LORD

Through love and truth, iniquity is atoned for; and by the fear of the Lord, one turns aside from evil. When a man’s ways are pleasing to the Lord, he makes even his enemies live at peace with him. (Proverbs 16:6–7)

We should all be of one mind and be sympathetic, loving as brothers, compassionate, and humble. (1 Peter 3:8)

Lord, I thank You that You are God in heaven above and on the earth below and that Your salvation will extend to the ends of the earth. I thank You that I was sealed by the Holy Spirit when I trusted in Christ, and I ask that my ways would be pleasing to You and beneficial to others.
