I DRAW NEAR TO YOU, GOD

As I approach Your throne of grace today, I am grateful that You care about the things that concern me and that You want me to offer them up to You.

May I be an example for other believers in speech, in behavior, in love, in faith, and in purity. (1 Timothy 4:12)

May I keep the pattern of sound teaching that I have heard, in faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. (2 Timothy 1:13)

Take a moment to share your personal needs with God, including your physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns.

THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being, upholding all things by His powerful word. After He cleansed our sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become as much superior to angels as the name He has inherited is more excellent than theirs. (Hebrews 1:3–4)

The gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. (Matthew 24:14)

I LISTEN TO YOUR WORDS OF TRUTH

How great is the love the Father has lavished on me, that I should be called a child of God—and I am! Therefore the world does not know me, because it did not know Him. (1 John 3:1)

MY RESPONSE TO YOU, LORD

Surely You desire truth in the inner parts, and in the hidden part You make me know wisdom. (Psalm 51:6)

The entrance of Your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple. (Psalm 119:130)

Lord, I thank You that Your Son is the radiance of Your glory and that He cleansed my sins. I thank You for the greatness of the love that You have lavished on me, and I ask that I would seek truth and understanding in Your words.
