I DRAW NEAR TO YOU, GOD

Lord, You have invited me to pray for the needs of others, and since You desire what is best for them, I take this opportunity to bring these requests to You.

May the God who gives endurance and encouragement grant us to be of the same mind toward one another according to Christ Jesus, so that with one accord and one mouth we may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 15:5–6)

Take a moment to lift up the needs of your family and friends, and to offer up any other burdens for others that the Lord brings to mind.

THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

In his heart a man plans his way, but the Lord determines his steps. (Proverbs 16:9)

The Son of Man knew that He must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, chief priests, and scribes, and be killed and be raised on the third day. (Luke 9:22)

I LISTEN TO YOUR WORDS OF TRUTH

I have been made complete in Christ, who is the head over all rule and authority. (Colossians 2:10)

MY RESPONSE TO YOU, LORD

I will conduct myself in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, standing firm in one spirit with other believers, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel. (Philippians 1:27)

As I have been instructed how I ought to walk and to please God, I want to follow Paul’s exhortation in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more. (1 Thessalonians 4:1)

Lord, I thank You that You determine my steps and that Your Son suffered rejection and death on my behalf. I thank You for making me complete in Christ, and I ask that I would conduct myself in a manner that is pleasing and honoring to You.
