I DRAW NEAR TO YOU, GOD

I am grateful to You, O God, for the blessing of your forgiveness. I thank You that in Christ, You set me free from the guilt of the past and give me hope for the future.

O Lord, God of heaven, You are the great and awesome God, keeping Your covenant of loyal love with those who love You and obey Your commands. Let Your ear be attentive and Your eyes open so that You may hear the prayer Your servant is praying before You day and night. I confess the sins I have committed against You. (Nehemiah 1:5–6)

Take a moment to ask the Spirit to search your heart and reveal any areas of unconfessed sin. Acknowledge these to the Lord and thank Him for His forgiveness.

THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

I call this to mind, and therefore I have hope: The Lord’s mercies never cease, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:21–23)

The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. (Habakkuk 2:14)

I LISTEN TO YOUR WORDS OF TRUTH

Everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for Your sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life. (Matthew 19:29)

MY RESPONSE TO YOU, LORD

He who pursues righteousness and love finds life, righteousness, and honor. (Proverbs 21:21)

I will not imitate what is evil but what is good. The one who does good is of God; the one who does evil has not seen God. (3 John 11)

Lord, I thank You that Your mercies never cease and that Your compassions never fail. I thank You for the richness of Your promises, and I ask that I would pursue righteousness, goodness, and love.
