Devoting Myself to Him

As I approach Your throne of grace today, I am grateful that You care about the things that concern me and that You want me to offer them up to You.

Do not let my heart envy sinners,
But let me live only in the fear of the Lord.
For surely there is a future,
And my hope will not be cut off. (Proverbs 23:17–18)

Take a moment to share your personal needs with God, including your physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns.

The Lord is my portion; I have promised to keep Your words. I considered my ways and turned my steps to Your testimonies. (Psalm 119:57, 59)

I will devote myself to prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving. (Colossians 4:2)

Lord, I praise You for Your goodness and unfailing love and thank You for Your assurance that Christ will return and bring justice to the earth. Thank You for being my strong fortress. May I be devoted to knowing and following You.
