So far in our study, we’ve looked at what it means to be faithful stewards of our time, talent, and treasure. However, God has given us His truth as well. We rarely think of truth as something to steward, but we will all be accountable for the truth that God has put in us. As Jesus says, “From everyone who has been given much, much will be required” (Luke 12:48 NASB). We must remain students of God’s Word so that we can responsibly steward the truth that teaches, reproves, corrects, and trains in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16–17).
This teaching is part 29 of a subseries on stewardship in the larger series, “Being, Knowing & Doing: How Godly Principles Strategically Affect Men’s Everyday Lives.”
