Spirit-Filled Spirituality, Part 8: “The Nature and Purpose of Spiritual Gifts III”

This entry is part 8 of 9 in the series Spirit-Filled Spirituality

Scripture records many different spiritual gifts. They include leadership, service, prophecy, and works of mercy. As a result, it is important to understand them and their role in the church. They are central to Spirit-filled spirituality when they are properly exercised. However, they are often misunderstood and abused. Because of this, we need to recognize the true nature of them. When we know how they are meant to be practiced, we can identify the counterfeit exercise of them.

This is the 8th part of Ken’s “Spirit-Filled Spirituality” study, based on content in chapter 25 of his book Conformed to His Image.
