365 Key Chapters of the Bible: Luke 24

If someone asked you what the most important event in human history was, what would you say? The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the event upon which the hinge of history turns. It changed everything and is the foundation of the Christian faith.

Indeed, so important and essential is the Resurrection that the apostle Paul wrote that unless Jesus rose from the dead, Christians are people most of all to be pitied (1 Corinthians 15:12–19). This final chapter of Luke records the post-Resurrection appearances of our Lord.
