Like Noah, may I be a righteous person, blameless among the people of my time, and one who walks with God. (Genesis 6:9)

Take a moment to offer this day to the Lord, and ask Him for the grace to grow in your knowledge and love for Him.
In my anger I will not sin; I will not let the sun go down while I am still angry, and I will not give the devil a foothold. (Ephesians 4:26–27)
Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam, so I will stop a quarrel before it breaks out. (Proverbs 17:14)
Lord, I praise You for Your sovereign power and thank You for Your promise of complete renewal. I thank You for the many things You have given me, and I ask that I would be self-controlled and live in peace with others.
