Training Up a Child

As I approach Your throne of grace today, I am grateful that You care about the things that concern me and that You want me to offer them up to You.

Let me hear Your unfailing love in the morning,
For I have put my trust in You.
Show me the way I should walk,
For to You I lift up my soul. (Psalm 143:8)

Take a moment to share your personal needs with God, including your physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns.

I will train up each child according to his way; even when he is old he will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6)

Correct your son, and he will give you rest; he will bring delight to your soul. (Proverbs 29:17)

Lord, I praise You that You are clothed with majesty and thank You that Jesus came to set us free. I thank You for Your gift of eternal life through faith in Christ, and I ask that I would instruct others in the way of righteousness and truth.
