Overcoming to Inherit
(Petition)

As I approach Your throne of grace today, I am grateful that You care about the things that concern me and that You want me to offer them up to You.

We are looking for the blessed hope and the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from all iniquity and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession. (Titus 2:13–14)

Take a moment to share your personal needs with God, including your physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns.

Ah, Lord God! You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too difficult for You. You are the great and mighty God, whose name is the Lord of hosts. You are great in counsel and mighty in deed, and Your eyes are open to all the ways of the sons of men. (Jeremiah 32:17–19)

You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the one who is thirsty, You will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. (Revelation 21:6)

Lord, nothing is too difficult for You, the living God who spoke the cosmos into being and orders all things in Your providential care. May I live as one who overcomes the world and inherits Your blessed promises.
