Daily Prayer: Year 2, Day 61

From Handbook to Prayer

ADORATION

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of His robe filled the temple. Above it stood the seraphim; each one had six wings: with two they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they flew. And one cried to the other and said, “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!” (Isaiah 6:13)

The Lord God is the Alpha and the Omega, who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty. (Revelation 1:8)

Pause to express your thoughts of praise and worship.

CONFESSION

I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake,
And I will not remember your sins. (Isaiah 43:25)

Ask the Spirit to search your heart and reveal any areas of unconfessed sin. Acknowledge these to the Lord and thank Him for His forgiveness.
