From Handbook to Wisdom, Day 125 (Promises)

The God who is there rewards
those who earnestly seek Him.

Without faith it is impossible to please God,
for he who comes to Him must believe that He exists,
and that He is a rewarder of those
who earnestly seek Him.
(Hebrews 11:6)

Lord God, may I please You through a growing faith and confidence in Your goodness, greatness, grace, and glory. Not only do You exist, but You are the source of all that is. I will earnestly seek You, knowing that You always reward those who pursue You. Amen.
