DEMONSTRATE GOD’S KINDNESS TO OTHERS

What is desirable in a person is to show kindness,
and a poor person is better than a liar.
(Proverbs 19:22)

As those who have been chosen of God, holy and
beloved, clothe yourselves with a heart of compassion,
kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience,
bearing with one other and forgiving one other
even as the Lord forgave you;
and above all these things, put on love,
which is the bond of perfection.
(Colossians 3:12–14)

Lord, grant me the grace to live in the realization that I have been called to serve others and not myself. I ask for a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience in the way I relate to other people. Since I have been chosen and beloved by You, the living God, may I demonstrate love and kindness to others. Amen.
