FOLLOW THE PATH OF THE RIGHTEOUS
Who may ascend the hill of the Lord?
Who may stand in His holy place?
He who has clean hands and a pure heart,
who has not lifted up his soul to an idol
or sworn by what is false.
(Psalm 24:3–4)
The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn,
shining ever brighter until the full light of day.
But the way of the wicked is like darkness;
they do not know what makes them stumble.
(Proverbs 4:18–19)
Dear God, I ask that I will walk in the path of the righteous in the light of Your guidance and truth. I seek to ascend the hill of Your presence and commune with You in the holy places of Christ-like character and goodness. Give me the grace of holy desire to be more and more like Jesus. Amen.
