MEDITATE ON THE WORD
I will not let Your word depart from my mouth,
but I will meditate on it day and night,
so that I may be careful to do according to all that
is written in it; for then I will make my way
prosperous, and I will act wisely.
(Joshua 1:8)
I am committed to God and to the word of His grace,
which is able to build me up and give me an inheritance
among all those who are sanctified.
(Acts 20:32)
Dear God, I ask for the wisdom to establish all that I think, say, and do upon the foundation of your timeless word. May I be increasingly rooted in the truths of Your revelation and grow in my commitment to be a doer and not merely a hearer of Your wisdom. Sanctify me by Your word—Your word is truth. Amen.
