From Handbook to Wisdom

Lord, I praise you because …

You have clothed me with the garments of salvation.

I will greatly rejoice in the Lord;
my soul will be joyful in my God.
For He has clothed me with garments of salvation
and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness,
as a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments,
and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
(Isaiah 61:10)

Lord God, I bless and exalt Your high, majestic, wonderful, awesome, and holy name. My soul will rejoice in the Lord who has clothed me with the garments of salvation. You have arrayed me in the robe of the righteousness of Christ, and You have blessed me with His indwelling life. I praise You that You will come again and receive me to Yourself, so that where You are, there I will be also. Amen.
